Vaccinations, vaccine titer testing, preventative care including routine heartworm testing, FeLV/FIV testing, Coggins, Health Certificates, microchipping, routine and custom blood work, urinalysis. etc. Online pharmacy.
Traditional western medicine - comprehensive physical exam, integrating Eastern, holistic and natural modalities into a customized treatment plan. All life stages, including geriatric, quality of life and end of life/hospice care.

Acupuncture, electroacupuncture, trigger point therapy; Photobiomodulation - Class IV therapeutic laser; Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine; Western Herbal Medicine; PRP/Stem Cell therapies; Nutritional and nutroceutical counseling (customized recipes, prescription diets, etc)
Certified in prevention and rehabilitation of the equine athlete, at any age, level of competition or discipline.
Preventative and rehabilitation training and conditioning plans, plus integrative therapies for the equine athlete, from birth and raising an athletic foal, through the horse’s peak performance into the horse’s senior and retirement years.

Dr Eva DeCozio is a native of Michigan, but moved to Europe during school when her dad’s job was relocated. She graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, Austria in 1995, and then completed a mixed animal internship in Europe. She then moved back to the U.S. and took part in a Small Animal Internship at Mesa Veterinary Hospital in Mesa, AZ. After her Internship, Dr. DeCozio completed a 2 year residency in Equine Pathobiology at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center in 1999; she received her ECFVG Certification from Oklahoma State University during her residency. She returned to Arizona in 1999 and joined VCA Apache Junction Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian, then
advanced to Medical Director in 2004. In December 2020, Dr. DeCozio and her husband, David Bush, relocated to Williamson County, Tennessee.
Dr. DeCozio has been practicing veterinary acupuncture since 2003, and is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. In addition to this certification, Dr. DeCozio also holds a Graduate Diploma in Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and is certified in Equine Rehab and Performance Medicine. She has been certified in PennHip since 2000, and Stem Cell Therapy for over 10 years. Dr. DeCozio pursued her love for Yoga and became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2018, and has integrated her Yoga teachings to include animals, mostly dogs, in the form of Doga classes.
In 2009, Dr. DeCozio founded the Panacea Animal Wellness Sanctuary, a charitable organization to end senseless euthanasia in Arizona and educate the public on the importance of preventative care. Her organization saved the lives of over 1300 dogs, cats, several horses, and a few farm animals. She has received numerous awards for her public service, the most notable being the inaugural Hero Vet Award from the American Humane Association, awarded in 2014; Dr. DeCozio also served on the Arizona Cardinals Community Quarterback Awards Committee from 2010 to 2018.
